1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xd777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). • 4.xd777 may at any time require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Accounts that do not pass KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.
• 5.xd777 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that it determines, at its sole discretion, has been opened fraudulently, is being used in violation of these Terms, or poses a security risk to the Platform or to other players.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules govern all financial transactions on the xd777 platform:

• 1.xd777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) only. All account balances, wagers, bonuses, winnings and payouts are denominated in BDT. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa and Mastercard. xd777 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your name.
• 2.The minimum deposit on xd777 is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal is stated on the account withdrawal page and may vary by payment method. xd777 processes all deposits instantly and targets withdrawal completion within 15 minutes of approval, though actual processing times may vary.
• 3.Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, bonus wagering requirement completion. xd777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above threshold amounts.
• 4.Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Using a third-party payment method — including a payment method registered to another person's mobile wallet — is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
• 5.xd777 reserves the right to reverse or void any transaction that it determines, in its sole discretion, to have been made fraudulently, in error, or in breach of these Terms. In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect balance or payout, xd777 will correct the balance and is not liable to honour the incorrect amount.

xd777 offers various promotional bonuses to new and returning players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers:

• 1.Bonuses are available to players who are 21 years of age or older and who have completed the account registration process. Bonuses may not be claimed by players whose accounts have been suspended, are under investigation, or have previously been closed for Terms violations.
• 2.All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. • 5.Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xd777. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• 5.Threatening, harassing or abusing other players or xd777 support staff via any communication channel, including live chat, email or social media. xd777 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment of its staff or player community.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

xd777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• 1.Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, fraudulent activity, or bonus abuse.
• 2.At the request of the account holder themselves, including voluntary self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools available in the player's account settings.
• 3.Where xd777 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, regulatory instruction or the demand of a competent authority. In all cases where an account is closed due to proven fraud or Terms violation, any remaining balance in the account is subject to forfeiture. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no Terms violation exists, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after applicable checks.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xd777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, service interruptions, technical malfunctions, unauthorised account access, or reliance on any information provided on the Platform. xd777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xd777 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. xd777 does not guarantee any specific game outcome, return-to-player percentage or winning result. Online gaming involves risk and it is possible to lose the entirety of any deposited funds. You acknowledge that you play at your own risk and that xd777 is not responsible for any losses you sustain through gaming activity on the Platform.
